“And Then I Met a Girl (OR SOMETHING)” is a sort of chapter two to the first track, and so it begins with me finally experiencing that happiness I promised myself in track one. I then introduce a very
cliche chorus about how meeting a girl, "OR SOMETHING," makes me “change my mind,” you see.

So, in verse two, the heavy, wet, wool blanket of depression smothers me;
I've lost my self esteem and I even try turning to God for answers...and then the cliche chorus repeats: I meet a girl, OR SOMETHING, which makes me “change my mind” AGAIN, #Wow #Cray.
